O R D E R
The petitioner has filed this writ petition to direct the first and second respondents to survey the land and mark the boundaries of the petitioner's nanjai land comprised in Survey No.135/1A4B to an extent of 221⁄2 cents situated at Sundekuppam Village, Krishnagiri Taluk and District with the aid of the third respondent within a stipulated period fixed by this Court.
2. Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to them is not necessary and this Writ Petition is disposed of based on the available materials.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner is the owner of the property. For the purpose of surveying the land and fixing the boundaries, the petitioner made a representation on 19.11.2021 and paid an amount of 2/6
Rs.800/- to the second respondent by way of E.Challan. After receipt of the said representation, it was kept pending without any progress. Hence, the petitioner filed this writ petition seeking to direct the first and second respondents to survey the land and mark the boundaries. 4.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court.
5.The learned Government Advocate has no objection for said order being passed.
6. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 1st and 2nd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 19.11.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after 3/6
providing opportunity to 4th and 5th respondents. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
