PRAYER: Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to set aside the petition and docket order dated 03.12.2018 in I.A.No.2148 of 2018 in I.A.No.1936 of 2018 in O.S.No.285 of 2018 passed by the Principal District Munsif Court at Gingee and to dispose of the I.A.No.2148 of 2018 in I.A.No.1936 of 2018 in O.S.No.285 of 2018. Though the petitioners have sought for a prayer to set aside one of the adjudication orders passed in the application in I.A.No.2148 of 2018, their grievance seems to be that the application has been prolonged, without progress. Hence, it would be appropriate to call upon the trial Court to expedite the hearing in I.A.No.2148 of 2018.

2. In the light of the above observations, the learned Principal District Munsif, Gingee, is called upon to dispose of the I.A.No.2148 of 2018 in I.A.No.1936 of 2018 in O.S.No.285 of 2018, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3. Accordingly, the present Civil Revision Petitions stands ordered. No costs.
