Karunanithi v. Venkatesh

CMP No.14626 of 2021 in C.M.A.Sr.No.7010 of 2021 P.T.ASHA, J., This application is filed for condoning the delay of 114 days in filing the above C.M.A against the decree passed in M.A.C.T.O.P.No.1086 of 2014 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Officer-Cum-Additional Sub Judge, Puducherry.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The Insurance Company, which was only the contesting respondent before the Tribunal, has been served, however, none entered appearance on their behalf.

The reasons for the delay have been stated in paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

5. Considering the sufficient and compelling reasons have been given, the delay is condoned and the petition is allowed.
