The Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed, challenging the fair and decretal order dated 25 March 2015 passed in H.M.O.P.No.448 of 2014 passed by the Family Court, Erode. 2.Seeking to quash C.C.No.152 of 2013 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Magistrate, Salem, Crl.O.P.No.1375 of 2016 is filed.
3.With the consent of the parties, on 04 August 2015, a Division Bench of this Court, referred C.M.A. No.1187 of 2015 to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Subsequently, Crl.O.P.No.1375 of 2016 was referred to the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre by the learned single Judge on 22 January 2016.
4.Today, it is reported that the dispute has been settled by Mediation Agreement dated 03 February 2016. The said Mediation Report is submitted before this Court. 5.In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal as well as Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal and the Criminal Original Petition are disposed of in terms of the Mediation Agreement dated 03 February 2016, annexed herewith as a part of this judgment.
