Prayer: Second Appeal filed under Section 100 of C.P.C., against the Decree and Judgment passed in A.S.No.26 of 2006 on 08.08.2007 by the learned Additional Judge-cum-Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court-II), Ranipettai, confirming the decree and judgment passed in O.S.No.144 of 1996 on 18.03.2005 by the learned District Munsif, Arakonam.

JUDGMENT

This appeal is preferred against a decree declaring the status of the first respondent as the only heir of appellant's adoptive father as latter's wife. The first respondent since died on 16.01.2016 and her only brother who died on 26.02.2016, has left behind his legal heirs.

2. This Court by an order dated 28.09.2018 had directed the appellant to implead such of the legal representatives of the deceased first respondent to represent the estate.

3. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has not provided any information, to comply with the direction of this Court.

4. In view of the said statement, this appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.

Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
