The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Execution Proceedings in O.S. No.84 of 2018 has been terminated and possession has already been delivered to the respondent and hence nothing survives for further adjudication in the present Civil Revision Petition. Though there is no representation made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, recording the above submission, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
