Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Section 226 of the Constitution of India for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned rejection order passed by the 1st respondent in Online Application No.TN-7202511271665 dated 27.11.2025, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 1st respondent 1/5
to issue Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner based on available records and enquiry without insisting upon identity or address proof from the non-cooperating legal heir.

This writ petition is filed for the following relief: "To call for the records relating to the impugned rejection order passed by the 1st respondent in Online Application No.TN-7202511271665 dated 27.11.2025, quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice, and consequently direct the 1st respondent to issue Legal Heir Certificate to the petitioner based on available records and enquiry without insisting upon identity or address proof from the non-cooperating legal heir."

2. The petitioner has approached this Court on premise that his request for issue of legal heir ship certificate has been rejected.
3. However, the learned Additional Advocate General would submit that the petitioner has been called for an enquiry on 04.02.2026 to submit records and with reference to legal heirs who is not cooperating for the issue of legal heir ship certificate, the Tahsildar shall make filed inspection / enquiry and thereafter orders will be passed.
4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition is dispose of. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 28.01.2026 kan 3/5
