ORDER
One of the main ground raised by the petitioner for transfer of proceedings is that the Trial Court had not considered the earlier directions of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.26970 of 2017 dated 07.12.2017 for consideration of supplying certain documents along with final report. 2.This Court has passed an order in Crl.O.P.No.2873 of 2017 dated 27.02.2018 wherein directions were issued to Trial Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
to supply the petitioner with the documents sought for by him. In view of the same the petitioner cannot have any grievances necessitating transfer of the proceedings. Hence the Criminal Original petition & connected M.P. stands dismissed.
