2. The 2nd Appellant in the appeal died. Though some of the appellants are on record, it is stated that the 10th Respondent is wife of the 2nd Appellant.

3. Having regard to the nature of the relationship between the parties, this petition has to be ordered. It is also to be noted that the Respondents have no objection to order this petition. Hence, the petition is ordered as prayed for.

4. The registry is directed to make necessary amendments and post the main case on 30.03.2023 at 2.15 p.m.
