ORDER

(DELIVERED BY HULUVADI G.RAMESH, J.) This application is filed by the applicant to review the order passed by this

Court in W.A. No.748 of 2016.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that as against the order in W.A. No.748 of 2016 Special Leave Petition was filed by the 1st respondent herein before the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court had upheld the order passed by this Court.

3. In view of the order of the Supreme Court in the Special Leave Petition confirming the order passed by this Court, we do not find any merit to review the order as accordingly, the matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this review application is dismissed as infructuous. However, in the circumstances of the case, there shall be no order as to costs.
