This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 02.01.2008 made in A.S.No.42 of 2007 on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai, reversing the judgment and decree dated 14.02.2007 made in O.S.No.128 of 2005 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Mayiladuthurai. 2.

Today, when the Second Appeal is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the appellants submitted that the matter has been settled out of the Court. Hence, she seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
