ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble J.Nisha Banu J.) This Criminal Appeal has been filed to set aside the order dated 21.11.2024, passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Tiruvallur in Crl.M.P.No.467/2024 in S.C.No.27/2022,.

2. The appellants herein are the accused in the above said S.C.No.27/2022 and pending sessions case, they filed a petition in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2024 before the Trial Court to discharge them from the said case. The learned Trial Judge, observing that there is ground for charges to put the petitioners on trial, dismissed the petition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that in S.C.No.27 of 2022, charges were framed against the appellants/accused and now, the case is posted for Trial on 07.10.2025. At this stage, this court is not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the Trial Judge. The appellants are directed to face the Trial before the Court below.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Appeal is closed. Consequently connected 2/4
