J U D G M E N T
This Second Appeal is filed against the judgment and decree dated 14.09.2007 made in A.S.No.15 of 2007 on the file of the Sub Court, Tiruvarur, confirming the judgment and decree dated 30.11.2006 made in O.S.No.146 of 2006 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Tiruvarur.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the appellant as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondent represents that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat. A copy of the award is also produced before this Court.
3. In view of the same, this Second Appeal is dismissed as infructuous.
Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
