This petition is filed seeking to amend the respondent police, Prohibition Enforcement Wing, Madhurandhagam, Chengalpattu instead of Madhurandhagam Police Station, Chengalpattu and another amend the satisfaction Court of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur instead of Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur, Chengalpattu in Crl.O.P.No.32590 of 2022 dated 28.12.2022.

2. When the case was taken up, there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, this miscellaneous petition stands dismissed for non prosecution.
