ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to call for the records of the respondent herein in Crime No.175 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Madhigiri Police Station, Krishnagiri District.

2.When the matter is taken up today, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submits that the dispute between the petitioners and the 2nd respondent is purely civil in nature, as it pertains to a property dispute and to settle scores, the present petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to, which is impermissible and, therefore, prays for closure of this petition.

3.A perusal of the materials available on record reveal that the matter in issue relates to a property dispute between https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioners and the 2nd respondent for which a case in Crime No.175 of 2014 has been registered. The dispute being purely civil in nature, it is not open to the petitioner to approach this Court by way of filing a petition u/s 482 Cr.P.C., which is nothing but abuse of process. 4.In such view of the matter, this Court finds that no orders can be issued in this petition and, accordingly, the present petition stands closed.
