O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent to remove the History sheet bearing H.S No.634/2020 maintained against the petitioner based on his representation dated 21.03.2022. 2.When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner filed this petition for removing his name from the History sheet. A representation dated 21.03.2022 alleged to have been sent by the petitioner is not available with the respondent police. If fresh representation is sent, appropriate legal action would be passed on the representation.

3. In view of the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this court directs the petitioner to send a fresh representation with the prayer for removing his name in the History Sheet with in a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. The respondent police is directed to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation in the manner known to law within a period of 4 weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
