(CRIME NO.5 OF 2019) Petitions praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax until further orders condition of reporting daily at 10.30 a.m. before respondent police imposed upon by this Honble court by an order made in Crl.OP.No.18420 of 2020 dated 30.12.2020.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and upon hearing the arguments of M/S R.MEKALA Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him of report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020.
4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.18420 of 2020, dated 30.12.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
