This Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peaceful running of the Hookah business in his cafe and Restaurant premise namely, "Mokka Cafe and Restaurant" having business at Door No.251/1, TT Krishnamachari Rd, Alwarpet, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600018 and consequentially restraining the third respondent police from entering the cafe and restaurant premises or disturbing hookah business of the petitioner without any legal authority or without the prior permission as contemplated under law.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. To that effect, a letter is also addressed to the Registry dated 01.03.2023.

4. In view of the letter dated 01.03.2023 duly signed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
