Mr.Surya, learned counsel representing the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent represented that in terms of the order dated 12.02.2026, the demolition has commenced and he states that it will take a week's time to clear the debris and complete the process. He has produced a photograph to substantiate the same. As the process has already commenced, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition, which is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
