This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 11.10.2023 in Crl.M.P.No.16340 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.17523 of 2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submissions, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a further period of four weeks and thereafter, monthly once i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
