(CRIME NO.258 OF 2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition in Parar no.4 that considering the said submissions the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police by first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. Until further orders of the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10924 of 2020 dated 10.09.2020 in Crime No.258 of 2020.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.THIRUMOORTHY, Advocate for the petitioners, and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) This application is filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court against the petitioner directing him to report before the respondent police on first and third Monday of every month at 10.30. a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10924 of 2020, dated 10.09.2020.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.5385 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.10924 of 2020, dated 10.09.2020, is relaxed, however the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
