2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 25.01.2023, the parties were appeared before the District Mediation Centre, Tiruvarur and the defacto complainant / Kavitha, withdrawn the proceedings against the petitioners in Crime No.7 of 2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the defacto complainant stated before the Mediation centre, not to take any further action against the petitioners in Crime No.7 of 2023.

4. In view of the submissions made by the counsels and also based on the Mediation report dated 14.02.2023, the compliance has been recorded.
