ORDER

This writ petition is filed for direction directing the respondents to issue the survey map and FMB sketch to the petitioner herein in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner of an extent of 360 sq.ft. comprised in TS.No.199/5, Gudiyattam Town, Vellore District pursuant to the proceedings of the fourth respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/05/2017 dated 28.09.2017 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard, Mr.D.Rajagopal, the learned counsel for the petitioner, and Mr.A.M.Ayyadurai, Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the fourth respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.12.2019 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any, and giving them opportunity of hearing, pass orders to issue the survey map and FMB sketch to the petitioner herein in respect of the property belonging to the petitioner of an extent of 360 sq.ft. comprised in TS.No.199/5, Gudiyattam Town, Vellore District pursuant to the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/05/2017 dated 28.09.2017, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
