Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the Memorandum of Grounds in Criminal Appeal Case No. 325 of 2020 on the file of the High Court, the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram (FTC), Vellore made in S.C.No.25 of 2016 by a Judgment dated 08.11.2019 and release him on bail pending disposal of criminal appeal in Crl.A.No.325/2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the Memorandum of Grounds in Crl.A.Case No.325 of 2020 on the file of the High Court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.R.THANGAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.K.PRABHAKAR Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH,J) When this Court was about to dismiss this criminal miscellaneous petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
