J U D G M E N T

The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the appellant had paid the deficit stamp duty of Rs.2,48,650/- on 28.11.2019 and therefore, the appeal has become infrucutous.

2.Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the 3rd respondent may be directed to return the documents to the appellant, provided the appellant pays the registration charges, if any due from her.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant also submitted that on payment of the requisite registration charges, she would get back the registered document from the 3rd respondent.

4.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
