O R D E R

This writ petition is filed seeking for a Mandamus directing the 4th respondent to comply with the order dated 09.05.2019 passed by the 1st respondent under the R.T.I Act.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is seen that the first respondent, by its order dated 09.05.2019, directed the concerned official to furnish the information sought for by the petitioner. The present writ petition is filed for issuing a direction to the concerned official for complying with the order of the 1st respondent.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent that the petitioner has already approached the first respondent and made a complaint that the said order dated 09.05.2019 was not complied with and that the said complaint is under consideration of the first respondent. He also submitted that the matter was lastly posted on 14.02.2020.

5. When such being the factual position, this Court is of the view that the petitioner has to work out his remedy before the first respondent, where he has already given a complaint. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy before the first respondent. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
