This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to quash the case in Crime No.472 of 2013 on the file of the Krishnagiri Police Station, Krishnagiri.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent police submitted that after investigation the above case was closed as 'mistake of fact'.
