Heard the learned counsel on either side. The petitioners are alleging that the respondent is harassing them at the instance of one Mrs.Maragathavalli.

The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) states that the respondent is conducting an enquiry. 3.
Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within a period of two weeks from today. The petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent and extend their co-operation. The petitioners are given protection till the conclusion of the enquiry. If the respondent registers any FIR against the petitioners, they will be given due notice, so that they will get breathing time to move this Court for the relief of Anticipatory Bail.

I have not gone into the merits of the case and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
