O R D E R

The prayer made in this writ petition is to issue a mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to restore the petitioner's residential premises and provide police protection to her. 2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

efflux of time, the relief sought herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for further adjudication herein. However, the learned counsel sought liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned afresh, for which, there is no serious objection on the side of the respondents. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned by filing a fresh representation, if the same cause of action continues, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such representation being made, the authority concerned shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter. No costs.
