Today, when the matter was taken up hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole appellant had died on 01.02.2018 and to that effect he has filed a Memo dated 11.09.2018 along with the Death Certificate of the appellant viz., M.Rangarajan issued by the Birth and Death Registrar, Sembakkam Municipality, Chennai-600 073 and the same is recorded. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Civil Miscellaneous appeal closed as abated.
