O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to transfer the investigation in Crime No.301 of 2013, pending on the file of the Inspector of Police, Cheyyar, to the 2nd respondent viz., the Inspector of Police, CBCID, Thiruvannamalai and direct to investigate and file a charge sheet.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the investigation in Crime No.301 of 2013 has been completed and a charge sheet has also been laid before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, on 08.01.2014. The learned Magistrate took cognizance of the charge sheet and taken in to file in C.C.No.182 of 2015 and the case is pending for trial.

3. In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives further in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4. Since the matter is pending from the year 2013, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyar, is directed to dispose of the case in C.C.No.182 of 2015, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
