This is an application for condonation of delay of 261 days in filing the writ appeal.

Heard Mr.K.Karthik Jagannath, learned Government Advocate for the applicants; Mr.S.Ranjith Kumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 3; and, Ms.Sudarshana Sunder, learned counsel for the fourth respondent.

For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, the delay of 261 days in filing the writ appeal is condoned. The application is allowed and disposed.

The Registry is directed to number the writ appeal, if it is otherwise is order and, after numbering, tag with W.A.No.368 of 2021.
