2. In the affidavit filed in support of the application, it had been stated that the said defendants in their written statement had stated about breach of the contractual obligations and maintaining confidentiality including non-disclosure of intellectual property rights.

3. The said defendants have also stated about technical issues. It is stated that to answer their aspects, it is absolutely necessary that a reply to the written statement is taken on file and this application has been filed seeking leave to file such a reply statement. Since it would being interest of both the parties particularly the plaintiff and D2, D4 and D5 that the issues raised by then are decided on merits and also on hearing 1/2 http://www.judis.nic.in
