This Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code against the judgment and decree of the learned Principal District Judge, Villupuram District, made in A.S.No.109/2003 dated 29.10.2004 confirming the judgment and decree of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Villupuram, made in O.S.No.99 of 2001 dated 22.04.2003.
2. Today (11.12.2018), when the appeal is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the appellant making submission that, he is going to withdraw the appeal. Further, he made an endorsement to that effect.
