This Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representations dated 03.06.2015 and objection submitted by the Petitioner on 13.11.2015 within the time fixed by this Hon'ble Court and consequently direct the 2nd respondent not to sanction the amount under the scheme of Indira Memorial House to the 3rd Respondent in New S. No. 259/1B and Old S. No. 259/1 property situated at Jaa.Endal Village, Veppur Taluk and Cuddalore District and pass order on the same within a reasonable time to be fixed.
