O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondent to register an FIR, investigate and file the final report on the basis of the complaint dated 27.06.2015 in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though the complaint dated 27.06.2015 has been received by the respondent, he has not shown any interest to investigate the matter and to register the complaint. The petitioner has filed a document to show that he has already filed Crl.OP.No.17384 of 2015, in which, this Court, by order dated 17.08.2015, directed the respondent police to register his complaint, after following the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh and others reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1.

3.At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed. A copy of the closure report has been furnished today.

Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach appropriate forum for alternative relief.
