Respondent Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent made in Na.Ka.No.27068/2020/T4 dated 29.12.2020 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to remove the seal from the petitioner Nursing Home which was affixed on 19.01.2021 at No.159, CTH Road, Thiruninravur, Thiruvallur District.

ORDER
The prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has been achieved since the seal of the petitioner's clinic has been removed by the respondents as seen from the instructions received by the Special Government Pleader from the District Collector, Thiruvallur District on 17.02.2021.
