Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2021 for rectifying the land classification from agricultural to grama natham in respect of the petitioner's grama natham lands in Survey No.128/1 of Periyamampattu Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District and to issue the patta to the petitioner. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2021 for rectifying the land classification from agricultural to Grama Natham in respect of the petitioner's Grama Natham lands comprised in Survey https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

No.128/1, situated at Periyamampattu Village, Kallakurichi Taluk, Kallakurichi District.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.10.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
