These petitions are filed (i) to condone the delay of 1686 days in filing the petition to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent (ii) to set-aside the order of the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent (iii) to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent (respondents 3 to 9 herein) and rank them as respondents 3 to 9, respectively, in the second appeal.

2. No representation for the respondents. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions.
