ORDER

The revision petition has been filed, challenging dismissal of an unnumbered insolvency petition on the ground of jurisdiction. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file any documents in support of the residence of the petitioner at Gudiyatham. However, today, the learned counsel fairly states that the petitioner does not possess any documents in support of his residence at Gudiyatham and he is willing to go before the Sub-Court, Dharmapuri. In the light of the above, the order passed by the Sub-Court, Gudiyatham, is upheld and liberty is given to the petitioner to approach the Sub-Court, Gudiyatham, to take out an

insolvency petition. The original order shall be returned by the Registry to the counsel for the petitioner, within a week from the date of the copy of this order being uploaded in the High Court website.

3.With the above direction and liberty, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 19.02.2026 ata
