WMP.NO.10957/2016 & MP.NO.1/2013 IN W.P.NO.34072/2013 DKKJ Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the conditional stay order dated 16.12.2013 to deposit 25% wages has been duly complied with. Hence, the stay order is made absolute and the WMP.10957/2016 for vacating the stay is dismissed. It is open to the 2nd respondent to file appropriate application for withdrawal of the same.
