ORDER

This Court by order dated 28.01.2018 has allowed the writ petition in W.P.No.32851 of 2016 filed by the petitioner seeking to direct the respondents to count half of the service rendered by him as Social Forestry Worker/Plot Watcher from 01.09.1980 along with regular service rendered by him as Plot Watcher in the supernumery post and Mali on and from 07.08.2009 to 31.10.2015 as qualifying service for pensionary benefits and send the proposal to the 5th respondent therein for grant of pension with all consequential monetary benefits.

2.Now, the present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the said order dated 20.09.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the order of this Court has been duly complied with by the respondents.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in the present contempt petition. Hence, the Contempt Petition is closed.
