Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to direct the Registry to accept the Demand Draft dt 17.2.2017, and treat the same as a sufficient compliance of the order dt 2.11.2016 (in WMP No.5287 of 2017 IN WP.30641/2016) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.R.RAJAGOPAL, Advocate for the petitioner Respondents the court made the following order:- In pursuant to the order passed by this court on 07.03.2017, the petitioner has complied with the earlier order passed by this court on 02.11.2016 by depositing a sum of Rs.7,35,905/- by way of demand draft in favour of the Registrar General, High Court, Madras, to the credit of the above writ petition. He has filed an affidavit and also the proof of such payment, to that effect. The compliance is recorded.

Post the Writ Petition for further hearing including its maintainability.
