Crl.M.P.No.1541 of 2024 in Crl.A.SR.No.3233 of 2024 M. NIRMAL KUMAR , J This petitioners/victims, who are PW20, PW23, PW28 and PW32, had filed this appeal with a delay of 193 days questioning the findings of the Trial Judge as regards the petitioners.

2.Heard the learned Counsel for petitioners.

3.Mr.C.E.Pratap, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the first respondent. He submitted that similar prayer has been made by yet another depositor/PW4 and the same was admitted in C.A.No.1667 of 2023.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
