JUDGMENT
The learned counsel appearing for the appellants seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Second Appeal and also undertook to file a memo in this regard through e-mail to the Registry.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the appellants, the Second Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh suit if the respondent disturbs the possession of the plaintiffs.
