Defendants 6 to 10(in AS) PRAYER: Second Appeal is filed under Section 100 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908, to set aside the judgment and Decree dated 27.12.2005, made in A.S.No.61 of 2004 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vellore District confirming the judgment and decree dated 27.12.2002 made in O.S.No.274 of 1991 on the file of the Subordinate Judge, Ranipet and allow this Second Appeal with cost.

JUDGMENT
(The case has been heard through video conference) This Second Appeal has been filed to set aside the judgment and Decree, made in A.S.No.61 of 2004, on the file of the Principal District Judge, Vellore District, dated 27.12.2005. 2.Heard both the learned counsels and perused the materials placed on record.
3.On a perusal of the records, it is seen that by an order dated 19.02.2020, the matter was referred to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center at High Court to complete the process of settlement. Due to the best efforts taken by the Mediation Center, the parties have compromised and a memo of compromise has also been filed and the same has been sent to this Court on 16.03.2020.
4.The memo of compromise filed between the parties before the mediation center is taken on file and accordingly, there shall be a decree in terms of the above compromise and the memo of compromise signed by both the parties shall form part of the decree. The efforts taken by the Mediator at the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Center is appreciated and placed on record.
5.Accordingly, the Second Appeal stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
