2. The petition seeks to challenge Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Recognition of Rights and Responsibilities of Landlord and Tenants Act, 2017.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the State that another related provision of the same statute has been challenged in a previous petition.

4. Let this petition appear immediately after W.P.No.12648 of 2021 on 16.08.2021.

5. The respondents should file their counter-affidavits in the meantime.
