JUDGMENT

A Perusal of the records shows that the sole appellant died even prior to 30.10.2019 and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole appellant. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submitted that the sole respondent also died long back and till date no steps have been taken to implead the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent. 3.In view of the above, the Second Appeal stands abated.
