This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer M.C.No.130 of 2010 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai to any Magistrate Court at Cuddalore. 2.Ms.P.Srividhya, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that she has handed over the case bundle to the petitioners and also given change of appearance to the Registry in the year 2017 itself.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the maintenance case in M.C.No.130 of 2010 has been disposed on 23.10.2018.

4.In view of the above, nothing survives in this petition and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.
