ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Petition has been filed complaining inaction on the representation made by petitioner alleging that private respondent has raised construction on government land.

2. Considering that the representation was made on 28.12.2025, we are not inclined to keep this petition, but to dispose of the same with direction to sixth respondent to conclude survey, if not already conducted and forward the same to appropriate authority, in case, any encroachment is found. The sixth respondent shall conclude survey within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, within two months, the competent authority, to whom the report of encroachment is forwarded, shall conclude the proceedings and pass appropriate order.
